With an excess of tomatoes from the farmers market, I decided to make tomato paste for our freezer stash.
I have been super unwell since Thursday & haven't felt like doing much at all- so this was an easy way for me to ease back into the kitchen after eating quick oats for 3 days 🤣🤣
I roasted up a heap of veggies to make soup last night, and it did not disappointment, we blitzed it up with the Thermomix®️ with added Chook Bone Broth for some extra body loving goodness.
Send me some easy immune boosting meals or snacks if you have them ❤️

Last nights delivery was a very special one, not only did I deliver some fresh warm homemade boobie biccies for this Mama, I also brought over their Thermomix®️ TM7.
It is an absolute pleasure to support this new family four, and this is something I really pride myself on when someone supports me in my business, I like to support them in their Thermomix®️ journey.

So what will it be?
Yours or Mine?
Weekday or Weekend?
Cocktails or Mocktails?
Lunch or Dinner?

Confession:
There are at least 15 things I make regularly in my Thermomix that I used to buy without a second thought.
Some save money. Some save time. Some help me avoid ingredients I'd rather not have in our food.
None of them are complicated.
If you're curious what made my "never in a million years would I make that myself" list...
Comment CURIOUS and I'll send it through 🤍
BONUS for the peeps who are Traditional cooks, I've got you covered!

I didn't start this because I wanted another job, honestly I had enough going on- the mental juggle, 3 babes, 3 jobs & 1 seasonal. House to run & to be the one adult keeping it all together, the one who remembers the lot.
The last thing I needed was one more thing to think about. I needed a solution, I needed something to help ease the mental load of it all.
So when the opportunity came along, I said yes. I said yes because something in me needed a challenge. And dude.. did it challenge me I had moments where I've questioned myself, felt awkward, worried about what people might think, soo not confident, felt as though I fumbled my way and wondered whether I was cut out for it at all because I had no clue.
I've made incredible friendships, learnt new skills, grown in confidence, earned extra income, and some bonus incentives along the way.
And my biggest perk? Is helping Mums & Dads to ease their own mental load, to support them in their aim to eat better, save more, cook from scratch & offer delicious nutritious meals for their loved ones.
My biggest surprise - It was never really about the business. It wasn't about proving myself, because I've done the hard things- all of them.
It was trusting myself, that I could back myself. That I didn't have to have everything figured out before I started.
And that's my why.
Not the sales. Not the incentives/rewards.. but I'll be real- they are pretty bloody incredible.
The person I've become because I was brave enough to start, because my children know that their Mama showed up & healed so many parts of herself in the process.
Have you ever done something that scared you a little, but ended up changing your life for the better?
I'd love to hear about it, if you feel called to share ✨️
Let me tell you something ..
The biggest barrier to owning a Thermomix isn't usually the price.
It's the hesitation.
We as a community, are so used to spending money on things that give us instant gratification-
A haircut.
Nails.
Takeaway.
A new outfit.
But investing in something that gives you time back every single day? That feels different.
The ability to press a button, walk away, and still put a homemade meal on the table is something I never fully appreciated until I had it.
Time is priceless, wouldn't you agree? ❤️
Did you hesitate before getting yours?
Tell me if this resonates.. even if it's just one of you-
I used to think I was inconsistent, But now? Now, I think I'm just curious.
I've spent years feeling guilty for changing direction, starting new things, and following whatever sparked my interest at the time.
But what if that's not failure?
What if that was actually growth all along?
What if every new skill, every new interest, every new season wasn't proof that I couldn't stick to something...
But proof that I was brave enough to keep evolving?
Maybe we're not supposed to fit into one box for our entire lives.
Maybe we're allowed to change, evolve & learn new skills.
Maybe we're allowed to become someone new, over and over again.
