A supportive swimsuit should help you feel confident, not distracted.

Here are 5 signs it might not be the right fit:
✔️ You're constantly adjusting your swimmers.
✔️ Your straps dig into your shoulders.
✔️ You spill out of the cups.
✔️ The band rides up your back.
✔️ You avoid certain activities because you're worried about your swimsuit.

The right fit means you can focus on enjoying the water, not fixing your swimsuit.

A lot of people think confidence comes first.
But often confidence comes after.

After you try.
After you show up.
After you realise you can do hard things.

The first ocean swim.
The first surf lesson.
The first winter dip.

Nobody starts out fearless.
We build confidence one brave decision at a time.

The ocean gives us so much.

Adventure.
Connection.
Perspective.
A place to move, reset and breathe.

That's one of the reasons we're proud to use recycled fabric made from materials like discarded fishing nets.

Because caring for the places we love shouldn't stop when we leave the water.

Every swim is a reminder of why it matters.

One of the biggest mistakes beginner swimmers make?
Holding their breath!

Instead:
💧 Breathe in through your mouth.
💧 Exhale slowly while your face is in the water.
💧 By the time you turn to breathe again, your lungs are ready.

Swimming feels so much easier when you're breathing continuously instead of holding your breath.

What an incredible Boobie June! So good in fact it became Boobie June and July 🩵

together with Sea Gals™ and the amazing team at , spent the month sharing conversations about breast health, early detection and the incredible support available to those affected by breast cancer.

Thanks to this wonderful community, we also raised $1,000 to support the important work being done by BCRC WA.

To everyone who watched, shared, donated, commented or helped spread the message...thank you! Every conversation helps raise awareness and encourages more women to know their normal and seek support if something doesn’t feel right.

If you missed any of this year’s Boobie June content, have a scroll back through our feed. We hope it gives you the knowledge and confidence to prioritise your breast health.

Thank you for being part of it. 💙

Mastering the Kick in Choppy Water

Waves can throw off your rhythm
Strong kicks keep you moving:

Keep a steady, small flutter kick
Point your toes and kick from the hips, not the knees
Short bursts of faster kicking can help power through bigger waves

Your kick helps your balance, body position, and rotation, not just propulsion, helping you swim efficiently, save energy, and navigate those choppy conditions.
