Love by Lily Products was established in 2016 inspired by my quest for all things natural & organic!! My journey started early this year as I wanted to improve my mind & body...
I was having issues with headaches & migraines, infertility, stress & anxiety. On top of that I had a snoring MR 35 with sciatic pain and a MR 11 dealing with acne & sleeping troubles...
I had tested and tr
ialled all things from acupuncture to botox, prescription medications to massages and all though they were helpful I was still having some 'troubles' :(
I booked into meeting with an Advocate and from that moment on I started to convert my medicine chest opting for a more natural aspect - I changed from plastic into glass and decreased our general overall health/beauty products into natural and organic products!! My family and I have encountered HUGE benefits and the response from others has been awesome. As my journey continued throughout this year I noticed my oil collection growing and with having more oils became difficult in remembering all the properties - I was forever referring to my book or relying on the web to provide me the answers. I woke up one morning and said 'why can’t this information be on the bottle'
And so with that the SNIPPETS were created!! Little wrap around labels that stick to small bottles of oil with a snippet of knowledge helping to assist me in knowing what oil does what...
SNIPPET labels became very popular within my oil group and so it got me thinking 'If these are so handy what other labels would be? and so Love by Lily Products established...

How do I pay for my order? We prefer 🅿️ PAYPAL as our primary method of receiving payment. PAYPAL is instant and secure protecting you as the buyer and us as the seller. Can I pay using a Bank Transfer? Yes we except 🅱️ Bank Transfers - please advise us if you prefer this method of payment and we will send you our bank account details.
ℹ️ Please note - bank transfers can take 3 to 5 business days to clear so your order will not be posted until your payment has cleared. How long do I have to pay for my order? We do not offer holds - once we have sent you a message with payment details we expect prompt 🅿️ PayPal payment or proof of 🅱️ Bank Transfer payment to secure your order. Failing to do so may result in sell out of stock. When will you post my order?
📦 We usually post within 1 business day of receiving cleared payments. How much is postage?
✔️ As we offer combined postage we calculate this prior to finalising your order.
ℹ️ Please note: We use Standard Australia Postal Services. We post Australia Wide including NZ & Tasmania.
✖️We take NO responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged goods. It is very rare that orders do not make it to their destination or arrive damaged however it can happen. Please advise us when ordering that you require parcel INSURANCE. This will be at your cost. We take exceptional care when packing your goods. Damages & breakages are extremely rare.
✔️If you have taken out insurance please contact us immediately. An image must be sent to us within 24 hours once you have accepted your delivery. The image must clearly show the damaged product and include the packaging it came in. A replacement or refund will be issued.

✖️We do not offer pick ups sorry as we like to keep our home private! However on some occasions we can offer a drop off - Minimum drop off fee is $5.00 and is based on our terms of availability and within our local area/s. Products must be paid for in full before we drop off your order. What is your return policy?
