I was employed n Sydney at research facilities CSIRO and the University of New South Wales pathology department from where I learnt valuable experience in techniques and laboratory equipment. Morning gorgeous customers , not my usual post with pictures of my hand made products. This is just a life update at 62 . I am taking responsibility of my health as I get older. A non negotiable yoga/pilates in the morning a 5km walk daily to keep the weight after menopause to what is now the new norm. My hiking trip coming up is the Cape to Cape so trying out my new sexy gaiters in sand and yes they work! Australian made too. Bruce and I have taken up golf so we can enjoy playing together. Keep smiling, keep challenging yourself and give yourself permission sometimes to do nothing at all
