But postpartum? Not nearly enough.
The truth is, recovery can be messy, emotional, exhausting and beautiful, all at the same time.
There's no timeline you need to follow and no pressure to "bounce back".
Healing takes time, and that's okay 🫶🏻

You don't need to know everything before giving birth.

SRC Support Shorts ~ these are a must if you experience any pelvic girdle pain, back pain, round ligament pain.. or any of those not so fun pains associated with your growing bump
Hydramama ~ honestly, anything to help keep yourself hydrated! Plus these taste great and come in so many different flavours
Raspberry leaf tea (or capsules) ~ to help strengthen & tone the uterus (& hopefully assist with more efficient contractions during labour!!)
Magnesium ~ for those nightly leg cramps 🥲
Belly oil or cream ~ to hydrate the growing bump & help with stretch marks!
