Looking after your period un**es is easier than most people think.

Rinse them in cold water after wearing, then pop them in the machine with your towels and un**es. A warm wash up to 40°C is fine. Skip the fabric softener and bleach, as both are hard on the absorbent layers. Hang them on the line to dry, and keep them out of the tumble dryer.

Want to save water? Give them a stomp wash under your feet in the shower.

That's it. Treat them gently and they'll keep doing the job cycle after cycle.
