I am GUILTY of posting with filters!! I wanted to post this pic I took yesterday with no filter because it feels so good to be confident in your skin and not hide behind a filter…for a change!!
I wouldn’t have done this a year ago!

Euro trip part 1:
My heart is so full, what an experience ❤️
Sooo hard to pick only a selected amount of the 5000 pics I took in Europe, but what an absolute privilege to get that opportunity!!
So about the last 3 weeks…. Wow!! I have seen the most beautiful places!!
Met the most wonderful people, devoured the most delicious food, solo travelled through Europe which taught me a lot about myself also and I would encourage everyone to go for it!!
The Art, the people, the food!! It was the most incredible experience.
Here is just a little snippet of some of the things I got to see.
As sad as I am to leave, I’m more excited to come back to clinic and see you all ❤️

The best is yet to come, I also got to visit Dr Spiller head Quarters in Austria but that needs its own dedicated reel because it was INCREDIBLE 😍
