Anything booked in before the change will be locked in at today's rates so if you have a regular massage, feel free to book a couple in advance to save a few dollars.

Packages are still available and will be updated as well!
At the moment you can get 5 x 1hr sessions for $440 or 10 for $860! (www.armassageadelaide.com.au/pricing-plans)

I haven't decided whether I'll keep this option and update the prices or remove the plans completely. If you have an opinion, feel free to let me know.

I know what it's like to live with pain.

More importantly, I understand how important it is to listen to the person and pay attention to pain signals. Bodies are different, pain can change and too often people are completely put off having massage and other physical therapies because the bad experiences can be an utter nightmare.

I'm grateful that I found a massage therapist who took me seriously when I told him the random points that would trigger a pain flare (full body pain).

I'm also grateful to all the people who have trusted me with their massage after having bad experiences elsewhere. I know it can be daunting to try someone new.

Probably could have just said there's a reason I'm studying counselling as well, but I really do believe that talk and massage can be complimentary.
