What a moment... Mia Kam and the Macquarie Dragons are U16s Champions!
Well done, Mia. I’m so proud of you. You always push yourself beyond your limits, but what makes me even prouder is seeing what a great team player and supporter you are.
A huge congratulations to the whole Macquarie Dragons team. Every time I watch these girls play, I can see their dedication, determination and the way they lock in together as a team.
Love the passion, the teamwork and the joy you bring to the game. Keep enjoying every single minute, you’ve earned this one!
U16s Champions! Well done, girls!
Have you ever really stopped to ask: Who am I?
We play so many roles every day... parent, partner, leader, friend, carer. But each role can bring out a different part of us.
Maybe the better question is: Who do I want to be in this moment?

5:32am start, flying to Melbourne ✈️
Feeling genuinely excited because every conversation about psychosocial safety is another opportunity to help create healthier, safer and happier workplaces.
Flight reading today: Ikigai... and it got me thinking about purpose.
Maybe doing work that energises you, helps others and keeps you learning is part of finding it.
What gives you a sense of purpose in your work?
Today I learned something from our Gen Z team. 😂
“Am I assuming my normal is the right normal?”
A small reminder that different generations can have very different ideas of what feels “normal” at work.
Stay curious before you judge.
What about you?

I’m still recovering after the shift… but what a Wonder Shift it was.
So, how do we create lasting change?
By turning wellbeing into practical life skills, building our capacity and making it part of everyday life within our families, workplaces and communities.
Thank you to every co-author, speaker, partner, sponsor, exhibitor, volunteer and guest who helped bring this vision to life.
The event may be over, but the Wonder Shift has only just begun.

I’m still recovering after the shift… but what a Wonder Shift it was. 💙
On 25 July, we brought The 7 Wonder Shifts to life through a book launch, wellness expo and a community united by one shared purpose: helping every generation understand one another better and feel well together.
This was more than a one-day event. It was the beginning of a bigger journey to turn wellbeing into practical capacity-building life skills and everyday practices within our families, workplaces and communities.
Thank you to every co-author, speaker, partner, sponsor, exhibitor, volunteer and guest who helped bring this vision to life.
The event may be over, but the Wonder Shift has only just begun.

**This may be called a book launch, but it is really a free day of wellness, connection and discovery for every generation.**
What if the problem is not that we do not care about each other, but that every generation has learned a different way to survive?
Gen X learned to stay strong and keep going.
Gen Y began questioning whether success should cost their wellbeing.
Gen Z is asking for honesty, inclusion and psychological safety.
We may be living, working and leading together, but too often, we are not speaking the same language.
That is why we created **The 7 Wonder Shifts**.
This is not simply a book launch. It is an invitation to pause, become curious and understand the people around us differently.
Throughout the day, you can:
✨ Meet the seven authors and hear seven different perspectives
✨ Walk through our WonderWalk Memory Lane experience
✨ Join meaningful intergenerational conversations
✨ Discover which Wonder may be missing from your life
✨ Experience breathwork and our on-site massage bar
✨ Explore women’s health, flowers, picnic experiences and local wellness businesses
✨ Enjoy a clown performance and dedicated kids corner
✨ Visit our Wellness Market and Christmas in July celebration
You will also have the chance to receive free gifts and lucky draw giveaways, including mouth tape samples, the **7-Day Wonder Life Architecture Guide**, a high tea voucher and more surprises from our passionate sponsors and stallholders.
You may come for the book, but I hope you leave with a new conversation, a new connection or a small shift that changes how you live, lead or relate to someone you love.

How many “NOs” did you take last week?
I took over 50.
There is a difference between safe stress and danger stress.
Safe stress stretches us.
Danger stress shuts us down.
Neuroscience shows that social rejection can activate brain regions linked with physical pain. That is why a “no” can feel so personal before our mind has time to respond.
But a “no” does not always mean failure.
Sometimes it means not now.
Sometimes it means not the right fit.
Sometimes it means we need to explain the value better.
Sometimes it simply means we need to keep going.
As business owners, entrepreneurs and leaders, rejection is part of the journey.
If we are too afraid to receive a “no”, we may also miss the opportunity to receive a “yes”.
So this week, I am not counting rejection as failure.
I am counting every “no” as practice.
Practice in emotional regulation.
Practice in courage.
Practice in leadership.
Practice in becoming stronger.
Sometimes the path to the right “yes” is built through many brave “no’s”.
