✨ October Cinnamon Ritual ✨

It’s the 1st of October, gorgeous souls 🤎 and there’s something so magical about stepping into a brand new month with intention.

October feels like a month of magic, transformation, abundance and new energy… so today we’re opening the door and welcoming all of it in. ✨

Stand outside your front door, facing into your home or business, place a little cinnamon in the palm of your hand and take a moment to feel into what you’re calling in for October.

More abundance.
More opportunities.
More beautiful people and connections.
More love.
More magic.
More growth.
More of everything that feels aligned for you. 🤎

Then blow the cinnamon through your doorway and into your space, saying:

As this cinnamon blows, abundance flows.
I welcome prosperity, love, opportunities and beautiful blessings through this door.
May October bring transformation, alignment, magic and all that is meant for me.
May this space be filled with abundance, protection, joy and beautiful new beginnings.
And so it is. ✨

Leave the cinnamon where it falls for a little while and let the magic settle into your space. 🪄

Happy 1st of October, beautiful souls. 🤎✨
May this month be full of magic, abundance, beautiful surprises and everything your soul has been quietly calling in.

Huge love my little Witches.

Love Em and Rich.

✨ YOU’RE INVITED ✨

Rich and I are so excited to finally welcome you into our beautiful new space, Elemental Healing Studio by Elemental & Co. 🤎

From where it all began in my home, to our little studio, and now to this beautiful dream space… it honestly feels so surreal.

This space has been created with so much love, intention and magic, and I am beyond proud of Rich and I for following where this dream has been calling us for such a long time.

It honestly feels like this space has been waiting for us… and now it’s finally here.

A place for healing, readings, workshops, circles, classes, gatherings, connection and all the beautiful magic still to come.

Come and celebrate with us on Saturday 3rd October from 10am–3pm.

Walk through the doors, feel the energy, meet some of the beautiful practitioners who will be sharing their gifts here, explore the space, have a chat and just soak it all in.

This really feels like the beginning of something so special, and Rich and I would absolutely love to share this moment with you.

🌕✨ SHE’S COMING… THE SPRING FULL MOON ✨🌿

There is a different kind of magic in the air when Spring and a Full Moon meet.

It feels alive. Electric. A little wild.

Like the universe is turning the volume up on everything we have been feeling, dreaming, avoiding and quietly knowing.

This weekend isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who the hell you are.

The version of you underneath the noise. Underneath the expectations. Underneath all the things you thought you should be doing.

The Full Moon has a way of shining a light into the corners we’ve been avoiding — and Spring reminds us that after every season of stillness, life moves again.

So maybe this is your sign to move with it.

🔥 Choose the thing that excites you. 🌿 Clear out what feels heavy. ✨ Say yes to what feels expansive. 🌕 Stop shrinking yourself to fit places you have already outgrown.

And if something has been sitting in your heart for a while now…

A dream. An idea. A change. A pull toward something more.

Maybe it doesn’t need another sign.

Maybe you are the sign.

This weekend, do whatever feels like magic to you.

Light the candle. Pull the cards. Cleanse your space. Stand barefoot on the earth. Dance in your kitchen. Write the intention. Speak it out loud. Cry if you need to. Laugh if you need to.

There are no rules here.

Just you, your energy, your intuition and one big beautiful moon reminding you that you are allowed to change your mind, change direction, begin again and want more.

So here’s your Full Moon question:

What are you ready to stop waiting for?

🌕🌿✨

Happy Spring Full Moon, beautiful souls.

May you trust the pull. May you follow the magic. And may you remember just how powerful you already are.

Love Em and Rich
