A custom made wig, the colour and style cut, crafted in salon by our very experienced & talented team is an absolute privilege to be able to purchase & create, you can have control & tell us what you want, a catalog wig, retail, add to cart / off the shelf is very different.

We are very comfortable in our custom human hair niche, however I’m also very aware that many of our existing & new clients may want to explore more affordable options, so I’ve been trying to accommodate & build a relationship with the new manufacturer, it’s taken me years to be comfortable with our regular manufacturer, I trust them so much… the industry & “middle man” can be quite deceptive sometimes, like start with great quality but eventually start sending rubbish, or like I’m experiencing now, different logistics taking sooooo long, there’s always going to be teething issues with change; but as always I’m more than happy to be transparent & let you know what goes on behind the scenes, in this case we even offered incredible low prices so we can get to know the new hair, we see you all as apart of the team! We wanted your feedback!

This variation in colour & anyone patiently waiting deliveries, this is why we are an open book, we aren’t avoiding responsibility, we are creating a trusted relationship with our Clients, a relationship that has seen so many regulars stay with me for years and years.

As the salon has adapted & changed, so many of our beautiful babes have grown with us & for that I am so grateful.

I don’t have to run the salon like this, but I choose to, simply because we want you to understand medical hairloss is so much more than an add to cart / off the shelf, retail purchase. You deserve a team who listens & looks after you…

I freaking love it, I feel like we have gotten through the challenges this year has brought, & right now the energy is exactly as it should be 🥹💁🏻‍♀️
