When we decided to bring our perfume sample collections back, we didn't want to simply remake our old 'Discovery Sets'.
We wanted to make them better.
So we went back to the drawing board.
The result is The Botanical Scent Library...twelve botanical perfumes divided between two curated volumes, housed in packaging designed with both the perfume and its journey to you in mind.
Glass vials. Botanical paper tapes. Compostable and recyclable materials. A sturdy little presentation envelope to help protect the perfumes as they travel through the post.
And no unnecessary outer printing, embellishment or excess packaging.
Small enough to travel simply. Beautiful enough to give. And designed to leave as little behind as we reasonably can.
Because sometimes, less really is more!

Every natural perfume begins with a gathering of plants.
For Pilgrims of the Sun, I wanted to create a journey from brightness into warmth — beginning with vivid citrus and aromatic greens, moving through blue lotus, saffron and spice, before settling into to***co, Australian sandalwood, cedarwood and a warm botanical amber accord.
Each material has its own character. Together, they become something entirely new.
Bright at first.
Then warm and intriguing.
Finally, earthy, woody and quietly sensual.
Created entirely from essential oils, absolutes, resins and botanical extracts, Pilgrims of the Sun is a little love letter to the extraordinary aromatic world of plants.

We’re so delighted to share that **Soft As Moss Skin Moisturising Concentrate** has been selected for an **Editor’s Choice Award in the 2026 Organic Beauty Awards.**
Soft As Moss was created as an intensely nourishing botanical treatment for dry, mature and weather-worn skin... a rich concentration of beautiful plant butters and oils including shea, kokum, mango, baobab, marula, açai and cacay, finished with blue tansy and precious Rose Otto.
Its moss-green colour comes naturally from the botanicals, its texture is rich and buttery, and only the smallest amount is needed to cocoon the skin in moisture.

What would your story smell like?
This beautiful commission began with a memory of her grandparents' garden on a warm, sunny afternoon in springtime, flowers in bloom, and the scent of lily and jasmine in the air.
From there, I created a fragrance around the things she loves: something floral and feminine, rich yet peaceful, timeless, elegant and distinctive.
And then came one of my favourite parts — sending the finished perfume, with her chosen name on the bottle, knowing it belongs entirely to her.
Our Signature Fragrance Service is a little different from choosing a perfume from a shelf. You give me the memories, places, notes and feelings that mean something to you, and I use them as the starting point to compose an original botanical fragrance of your very own.
No two stories are the same.
And neither are the perfumes.

Introducing Botanical Peptide Cream.
This cream almost didn't make it into our range.
I originally formulated it as an experimental night cream for mature and changing skin and gave a small number of samples away to try. Every person who tried it came back wanting to buy it.
That seemed like a pretty good reason to make some more.
Botanical Peptide Cream combines botanical pea peptides and Kakadu plum with rose hydrosol, rosehip, evening primrose, argan, kukui and oat oils to deeply nourish and replenish the skin overnight.
It's rich, velvety and particularly lovely for skin that has become drier or less supple with age.

🍋 From orchard to body cream...
After harvesting our lemons, one of the trees needed a very hard winter prune. Rather than sending the leaves and twigs to the compost pile, we decided to experiment with something a little different.
Inspired by the upcoming KV Citrus Fest, we distilled the fresh prunings to create a beautiful petitgrain hydrosol and essential oil.
The leaves and branches had to be chopped down to fit inside the still (sadly I forgot to film that part!), but the results were worth the effort. The hydrosol was absolutely sensational — fresh, green, citrusy and incredibly aromatic. The essential oil was a stunning blue-green colour, although the yield was tiny at just 0.5g.
Not wanting to waste a single drop, I incorporated the freshly distilled hydrosol into a test batch of a nourishing Citrus Body Cream, which I'll be demonstrating at this year's KV Citrus Fest.
It's a wonderful reminder that sometimes the most beautiful ingredients can come from materials that might otherwise be overlooked.
