The new Anfe Italian Club at the old Stafford Fitness Centre, opening in January 2025!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work that Tony and Chris from Modko Developments and my team at Mussi Electrical, lead by Aiden on this project, consistently deliver. Your dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence do not go unnoticed and to get this building refurbishment to PC stage next week from start date in August 24 is unbelievable.

When I first started out in July, 2004, more than 20 years ago, one of my first commercial project was for Tony and Chris at the Beacon Lighting building at 111 Machlachlan St, Fortitude Valley. Tony and Chris pretty much single handedly built that building by themselves and I did the electrical by myself. What I learned on their job had a significant part of where Mussi Electrical is today.

From there, I formed the partnership with Torre Developments and Cavcorp and assisted these boys with their projects and MUDs.

It was only fitting when asked by the Italian community and these 3 to assist with the new club i jumped at the opportunity.

Their contributions have played a pivotal role in our success, and i am grateful to have been a part of this journey.

Thankyou boys, I will never forget what you taught me. Viva Italia!!!!

The boys have been working tirelessly with the guys at Brick Construction to deliver this project on time and on budget. Well done team looking forward to celebrating this Friday afternoon with Plozz and the Mussi Boys.

All nominees listed are worthy of this title and no doubt been dealing with the same factors that have been affecting the construction industry since covid. Increase in materials, labour rates and staff shortages.

Next year marks 20 years Mussi Electrical has been in business so I’ve been an electrician most my life, but I certainty like to dive in other areas of business.

To all my customers, especially ones that have been with me since the beginning, I am so thankful for your vote.

I wouldn’t be able to do any of this without the love and support of my beautiful wife & 2 children so I’m able to work as much as I do.
