ไข่หั่นฝอยได้จากฟองเต้าหู้ผสมผงขมิ้นเเล้วนำไปอบให้เเห้ง รสเปรี้ยวได้จากมะขามเปียก รสหวานได้จากลูกเก็ดปั่นรวมกันกับบีทรูทเเละใช้น้ำตาลมะพร้าวร่วมด้วย รสเค็มจากซีอิ๊วขาว
ผักในการเเต่งจาน ถั่วงอกเเละต้นหอม พอดีที่บ้านมี parsley เลยใช้ในการเเต่งจาน อร่อย สวยเเละทานได้ด้วย
