That's a wrap on the 36th Congress, held in Perth this year 🧬
Cosmetic scientists from around the world spent four days on this year's theme, Solve the Sustainable Beauty Equation. The question was how to balance environmental responsibility, consumer demand and product innovation.
Our Chief Scientific and Innovation Officer, Dr Fabrizio Spada, was one of ten expert witnesses in a mock tribunal workshop. Each expert was questioned on the evidence behind a product. The delegates then delivered their verdict: keep it on the market, remove it, or something in between.
It was a privilege to be part of the conversation as the global cosmetic science community met in Australia.

Our Middle East team spent three days at MEIDAM 2026 in Dubai, one of the region's leading congresses for dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
More than 4,500 delegates from over 107 nationalities came together at the Dubai World Trade Centre to share the latest in skin science and patient care.
A big thank you to MEIDAM for having us, and to our team for representing Ego in the region. 🌏

Ego Pharmaceuticals is the 2026 Victorian Exporter of the Year. 🏆
Last night at the Governor of Victoria Export Awards, Ego took home the top honour of the evening alongside the International Health category win, and now advances as a national finalist at the Australian Export Awards in November.
With 700 staff across 13 nations and international sales representing approximately 50 per cent of total business, this belongs to the whole team.
