What’s the ONE treatment you absolutely have to get before a holiday or big event?

I have been asked ALOT "how would you prep for a holiday, what services would you get before your wedding, what would you do before an awards night?".
To be honest it doesnt have to be complicated, pricey or time consuming and usually comes down to personal preference or what my skin is telling me it needs.
I break my services up inbetween clients or breaks and i personally break up my services by body parts into 3 categories, upper body, lower body and face.

My usual go to session break down:

2 weeks out (upper body)
Arm wax
RF Skin tightening on my stomach

1 week out (lower body)
Brazilian
Leg wax

A few days prior (face/skin/tan)
{i wouldnt recommend some of these if you're new to clinical skin treatments or have no homecare routine}
my fav face combos include:

💥Lash lift, spray tan and dermaplaning {tan 24 hours post other treatments}
💥Dermaplaning, RF skin tightening, brows and lash lift
💥Aspect enzyme mask, lash lift and brow lamination

💥Relaxing facial, enzyme firming and LED
💥Carbon facial and collagen mask

The biggest thing? There is no one-size-fits-all “event prep” routine. ✨

You don’t need to book every treatment on the menu before a holiday, wedding or big event. For me, it’s about spacing things out, sticking with treatments I know my skin loves, and choosing what will actually make me feel good on the day.

Your perfect prep might be a full skin, wax, brow and tan schedule… or it might literally just be a fresh brow wax and a spray tan. 😂

And if you have a big event coming up, please don’t make the week before it the time you decide to experiment with a treatment you’ve never had before. 👀

Know your skin. Know your treatments. Plan ahead where you can — and keep it as simple as you want it to be... That’s my event-prep formula. 💅

Here are a few of our favourite body skin tips:

🌞 Tattoos looking dull? A gentle exfoliation and daily moisturiser can make older tattoos appear brighter and more defined by removing the layer of dead skin sitting on top.

🧴 Dry, flaky skin? Moisturise while your skin is still slightly damp after showering to lock in hydration. Your body barrier will thank you.

🛁 Bath bombs aren't always your best friend. While they smell amazing, heavily fragranced products can sometimes irritate sensitive skin, eczema-prone skin and intimate areas. Save them for the occasional treat.
