✨ More room to rest, reset & reconnect.
We’re so excited to share that from Monday 12 October, Soul Sound Codes will now be offering two sound healing sessions every second Monday at Zen Within Wellness Centre.
🌿 6:00–7:00pm
🌿 7:30–8:30pm
Creating a second session means more space for you to find a time that works, while keeping each group small, calm and intentionally held.
Each one-hour journey includes guided meditation, crystal singing bowls, cacao and Reiki, with two facilitators holding the space throughout your experience.
This is more than simply listening to sound. It’s an hour to step away from the noise, soften, slow down and give yourself permission to simply be.

A place to pause, soften and be completely supported💜
Join us this Monday evening for a deeply nurturing journey combining ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, immersive sound healing and Reiki.
Our sessions are held by two dedicated facilitators. Melanie guides the meditation and live sound journey, while Melissa holds the room, offers Reiki and provides individual grounding support when needed.
This means the sound journey continues uninterrupted while you remain personally supported throughout the experience.
Your bamboo mattress, blanket, pillow and eye pillow will be prepared for you. Simply arrive, settle in and allow yourself to receive.

When setup time is also time to set up our own vibe ✨
For us, we know that we'll be dropping into a deeply safe, supportive and intentional space with our clients when they arrive.
But what we love is that getting ourselves into a space to hold and honour others doesn't have to look a certain way.
Connection doesn't have to look serious. Depth doesn't have to look still or serious. Spirituality doesn't have to mean we can't be playful, laugh loudly, have fun and experience the joy that life has to offer.
For us, it's about having the flexibility to experience it all.
To be playful and joyful, and then also have the ability to drop in. To connect deeply with our bodies, our intuition and the parts of ourselves that often get lost in the busyness of everyday life.
This is something we love about sound healing and deep restorative rest.
It's not about being calm all the time.
It's about creating the capacity and flexibility within our nervous system to move through life's ebbs and flows with a little more ease and grace.
To experience the highs fully. To be able to hold ourselves through the lows. To know that the hard moments will come and will eventually pass, while trusting that we have the capacity to move through them.
Our classes create an opportunity for your body to feel safe enough to rest.
And when the body feels safe, we can begin to reconnect.
Reconnect with ourselves. With our bodies. With our intuition. With what we need.
Through rest, we create space for the body to restore and repair, supporting us to feel more regulated, more connected and more present in our lives.
And when we have that flexibility, when we can move between rest and play, depth and joy, stillness and aliveness, we get to experience life more fully.
For us, that's the beauty of it all 🤍
