Yoga, meditation, self awareness practices

I cannot stress how many times I’ve felt totally stripped of my power. It’s being A LOT. Sometimes it’s dithered on and off for many years, sometimes it’s flat lined me, sometimes for just a moment.

But I can tell you one thing,
I will always find a way to change that narrative for myself 🤩

Because I hold the stakes in my own life and I get to choose that rise 😋👇

And the deeper the dip, the stronger my alchemy becomes- sorry SHAME 🙃

I dunno, it’s just who I am 🛸🤣

The most dangerous woman you will ever meet is an ALCHEMIST ⚡️💫 she knows how to turn shame, disempowerment and pain, into growth, magic and purpose

And it all starts in her ENERGY 💫

Come join me and a community of wonderful women on my 8 week journey through the chakras with kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga moves and transforms energy in the body, the subconscious, the nervous system.

The alchemist dosent sugar coat the challenge and the discomfort she experiences in life, she knows all about it 🫣 But she IS a powerful transmuter and with the right practices (everyone’s different, there not one size fits all) but she can remember who she is beneath the noise 💥

Comment LIGHT (17 earlybirds left) 🐧😋👇
