Welcome Tundra 🤍
Our newest off the track thoroughbred has arrived at Mackenzie Park, and his retraining journey starts now.
Tundra has been spelling since July, so he's had a good break. We'll slowly bring him back into work starting with long reining, finding out what he already knows and taking it from there.
We don't rush our horses here. There's no chucking a saddle on and hoping for the best. Every horse gets the time to show us what they know and where they're at in their training, and we build from there. That's how you set a horse up for a long and happy second career.
Follow along as we share his progress from racehorse to show horse.
Now taking outside horses 🐴
If you have a horse that needs some work or is ready to sell, we're taking on a limited number of horses for:
• Sale preparation: getting your horse fit, polished and presented at its best to attract the right buyer
• Training: flatwork, educating young or green horses, and bringing horses back into work
• Off the track retraining: giving your OTTB the right start in its new career
Every horse that works with me gets the same approach as our own: time, patience and a proper understanding of where they're at before we move forward.

Meet Lyrical Gangster 🖤
This big boy came to me after a spell off the track, and watching him grow into the gentle, confident horse he is today has been such a privilege. Every ride, every hard day and every small win was about showing him that life is ok and that he can trust in himself.
Now he's found his forever person with Cindy, and I couldn't be happier. Hearing her say how soft, kind and settled he is, and that his personality shows all the work and home life he's had, means the world to me. That's exactly why I do this.
So many off the track horses never get the chance to show who they really are. Lyrical got that chance, and now he gets to be loved every single day. Thank you Cindy Paisley Park Agistment and Racehorse spelling for giving him the home he deserves ❤️
Here's to a beautiful partnership, you two 🐴✨

Stumpy is off to his new home! Congratulations Lauren on finding your new best friend 🩵

SOLD
The lovely Stumpy has sold to the first person to come and ride him. I can’t argue with love at first sight and seeing a combination just work perfectly together 🩵
We make do with what we have, teaching horses to accept different mounting situations is beneficial. It’s often something we don’t always think about when continuing the same routine every day.
The horse in the video is Stumpy. Currently available and extremely sensible.

Meet Stumpy, the sweetest, most cuddly gentleman looking for his forever home. He has been so much fun in the time we’ve spent together. He feels like riding a marshmallow ☁️
The basics
12 years old
Half Arab, quarter Clydesdale, quarter Thoroughbred
Fleabitten grey, unmeasured but approx 16hh
Dentist done, shoes on
Easy to wash, shoe, float, worm, saddle and stands beautifully
About him 🐴
Stumpy is a very good doer. He isn't hard fed and maintains himself on grass and minimal hay.
He has a soft snaffle mouth and is incredibly smart and quick to learn. Within a couple of rides he was accepting the bit and starting to learn laterals. He is extremely willing and genuinely tries for his rider.
The video below was taken on my third ride with him. He had never been jumped before or been to these grounds, and he took absolutely everything in his stride. He floats well and handles new places calmly.
He is 1000% more whoa than go. He prefers to conserve his energy, making him suitable for a novice or as a husband's horse. I've had my partner on him with no issues at all. With a confident teenager or adult, I can see this horse going a very long way. He has all the makings to be a phenomenal adult riding mount or pony club mount.
His one quirk 🤔
Yes, Stumpy is occasionally worried by stumps (we know, the irony isn't lost on us). It's only certain stumps, not all, and there's no pattern to which ones. His response is simply to stop and look. He doesn't spin, duck or shy. With a push of the leg and some reassurance, he happily walks on.
Price: 8🥕🥕🥕 (negotiable, but his home is not)
Location: Briagolong, VIC
Message for more photos and videos.

Home from Melbourne and off to the block to take a look! 140mm of rain and the dams are full 😍
Green grass shooting up everywhere too 👌
Atleast we know our block doesn’t flood during heavy rain, a bit soggy but nothing flooded 🙌🏻
Landy is FRESH 🔥🥵
This stunning boy is really starting to shine through, instead of being scared of the atmosphere he is finally starting to settle and just use him huge trot to get his nerves out 🩵
