Dr Olivia Fox is a Cosmetic Physician who has trained at the Medical Aesthetics Training Academy. She is passionate about restoring and maintaining natural skin beauty for patients of all ages through analysis of what’s happening on and below the skin surface. Olivia is driven by balance, symmetry and natural results to build patients confidence. Olivia values evidence based treatments to ensure her patients are provided premium quality products, that work and clinically proven. She completed her medical degree in 2014 with first class honours, then trained in Orthopaedic surgery and Emergency Medicine for the past 5 years prior to her career change into General Practice and Cosmetic / Sports Medicine. She teaches Medicine at Charles Sturt University and has a strong research background in Orthopaedics. She is also a mother of three young boys, runner, watercolourist and passion for restoring heritage homes. Skincare advice is everywhere. And apparently we all have the time, budget and bathroom cabinet for a 12-step routine. 😂
But your skin doesn't exist in isolation.
Age, hormones, pregnancy, menopause, medications, sun exposure, medical conditions, lifestyle and the amount of time you realistically have each day can all matter.
Good skincare doesn't need to be complicated. It needs to be appropriate for your skin, address what you're actually trying to treat, and be realistic enough that you'll actually use it.
And sometimes what looks like a skincare problem needs a proper assessment rather than another product added to the bathroom shelf.
