The purpose of this post is for me to introduce myself and why I started ✨

My names Alex and I’m the one behind this brand!
I have been in and around the fitness industry for the last 5 years, the first 3 were spent training and the last two I have spent the time investing in helping others reach their health and fitness goals (shameless plug 😉 )
I wanted to reach more people and help you out with something that affects all of us no matter the sport or the training experience I’m sure you can all say you have been sore at some point in your life from training!
So I started up to help reduce recovery times and have everyone one from the weekend warrior to the pinnacle of elite athlete moving better, performing better and most importantly feeling better! ⚡️
