Flora's Kiss

Some conditions don't arrive one at a time. For a lot of people in our community, they arrive as a set.
Our latest deep dive is about "the trifecta" — hypermobile EDS (or its cousin, HSD), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). Individually, each of these is already a lot to carry. Together, they cluster far more often than chance would explain — some research suggests as many as one in four people with hypermobile connective tissue may be living with all three at once, whether or not all three have been named yet.

What POTS actually is, its different subtypes, and why it's still so often mistaken for anxiety
What MCAS is, how genuinely difficult it is to diagnose, and what the current consensus criteria require
