We help business owners transform their digital presence by creating websites that don't just fit in but stand out.

Love love this from Patrick Gilbert’s book ‘Never Always, Never Never.’ 👏🏻

It’s something we talk about a lot with clients, having a well rounded strategy that encompasses SEO, AEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, Paid Ads. To do this successfully, they should all work in together 👌🏻

And no, you don’t need to be on every platform (overwhelming much?) This is where repurposing content comes in 😉

We’ve been building some custom features for clients lately with the help of AI. For example, a custom cart drawer, a blog layout that actually works with Shopify, and delivery checker that gives instant answers 👏🏻👏🏻

But here’s the thing: the wrong bit of code can break a website in seconds. We never touch a live site directly, we always work from a staging copy or child theme, and we never give AI unsupervised access to make changes. Big companies have learned that lesson the hard way (and lost a lot of money doing it).

AI is an incredible tool. It’s not a replacement for knowing what you’re doing with it. 🤍

You are doing all the things, running ads, sending newsletters, and posting on Instagram every week, but still have no idea which one is actually bringing in customers. 🤯

That’s what UTM links fix.

They’re free, they take 30 seconds to set up, and they tell your analytics platform exactly where every visitor came from, right down to the specific ad, email, or post.

We’ve written a full beginner’s guide + built a free UTM link generator (no sign up, no catch) → link in bio or comment “UTM” and we’ll send it your way.

Save this for when you’re setting up your next campaign. 🔖

How long has your freebie been sitting in a Google Drive folder, doing absolutely nothing? 😅

Creating it was the easy part! The part most people skip is the system that actually gets it in front of people, grows your list, and (eventually) makes you money.

I’ve pulled together everything I set up for our clients lead magnet funnels into a free checklist. Three phases, zero fluff, completely doable without a tech team behind you.

🌿Phase 1: Get your asset ready to go

🌿 Phase 2: Set up your tracking so you actually know where your leads are coming from

🌿 Phase 3: Build the email sequence that does the selling for you

Yep all of that, absolutely free 🤍

I’ve been using Claude and Claude Code to build a client portal for Lorraine Virtual 🤓

Here’s the thing: Notion is incredible as a backend. all my client tasks, project updates, and deliverables already live there. but asking a client to navigate Notion? It’s overwhelming.

So I described what I wanted to Claude (a clean, branded portal pulling live data straight from Notion) and we built it together. Claude Code handled the actual build, I handled the vision.

The result is a client-facing experience that feels polished and intentional, while the data stays exactly where I already manage it. no double-handling. no extra tools. just a better client experience. 🚪✨

This is a great way to start really utilising AI for your business. Not replacing the work, but lifting the experience around it.

Hot take: spending more to acquire a client isn’t always a bad thing. 👀

If your average client sticks around for 3 years and spends $6k with you, a $1,200 ad spend to land them is a bargain, not a budget blowout. (This also works for much smaller numbers 🤣 but you get the idea)

Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) is the number that should be driving your marketing decisions. Not your cost-per-click. Not your monthly ad spend. The long game.

Swipe through to see why repeat business is your best growth lever, and when a higher acquisition cost is actually the smart move. 👉🏻

May was a big one. Here’s a look at what we got up to for our clients last month 👇

Results:
→ 446 webinar sign-ups at just $2.41 per lead
→ 649 new email list contacts (a 7% list growth — not small!)
→ $70,000+ in revenue attributed to campaigns
(Still not using SMS? This is your sign.)

Client Work:
→ Custom coded sidebar for a hire site to improve product discovery
→ Continued a big hire/service website build — lots of beautiful pages incoming
→ Landing page tweaks to tighten up paid ad flows

And we wrapped May by signing a new client for web + paid ads!

September availability if you’re curious 👀

The results don’t happen by accident. They happen because of solid strategy, consistent ex*****on, and knowing where to push.
