I just closed my first rental deal!

Dubai’s off-plan market is still driving the majority of sales. 📊

But the bigger story may be what’s coming next.

With approximately 160,700 units potentially entering the market in 2027, supply won’t impact every community equally.

Apartment-heavy areas could face more competition, while villa and townhouse supply remains comparatively limited.

So if you own property in Dubai, don’t just ask: “Should I sell?”

Ask: “Where does my property sit in the 2027 supply wave?”

Want to know what this means for your unit?
DM me and I’ll give you the read.
